A shocking cleanliness failure

Despite the hotel’s central location, it was overshadowed by the appalling state of the room we were given. The front desk staff was indifferent to our concerns.

Very small parking that made maneuvering a challenge!!! Stained chair and dirty comforters were unpleasant surprises.

The room was super cozy for our one-night stay, and the mini fridge kept our cake cool! Nice touch!

i recently stayed at a hotel in los angeles and starlight inn exceeded my expectations. the room was super comfy with lots of natural light and a nice flatscreen tv. parking was easy and the air conditioning worked great!

The room was perfect for our group, and shopping at Westfield Topanga and Westfield Promenade was a highlight. It’s convenient and close to some great spots. The pool area was also nice to chill after a long day. I'd recommend it for a fun getaway.

I loved the convenient access to the beautiful Warner Center Park Playground, just a short walk away, and being close to the vibrant shopping at Topanga Plaza was a big plus during my stay.
